Sextons Creek Announces New Associates and Senior Advisor

Dan Owen served for nearly twenty-five years as a US Air Force Intelligence Officer, government contractor and industry consultant. He has built trusted relationships connecting key influencers and operators in government, industry and academia, across multiple sectors, in the US and abroad. He has also performed work in the White House under four different presidential administrations, most recently as the US Department of Homeland Security’s senior representative to an interagency working group supporting a critical National Security Council initiative for the Office of Science and Technology Policy and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.

Karl Namy has spent the last eighteen years working within healthcare and life sciences, focusing on building successful businesses, relationships, healthy work cultures, strategic planning, vision casting, fiscal responsibility, operations management and delivering excellent clinical care to patients and clients. Most recently Karl served from 2014 to 2017 as CEO for an independent group of orthopedic surgeons, where he was instrumental in leading all aspects of building the new practice as the physicians returned to independent practice.

John McCullough comes to Sextons Creek with an extensive Medicaid and Medicare background, from both the provider side to the compliance side of the federal programs. He led Indiana’s efforts in this area as the Medicaid Provider Relations Director, Chief of Staff of the Professional Licensing Agency, and most recently as the lead of Indiana’s efforts at combating Medicaid waste, fraud and abuse as the Medicaid Program Integrity Director.
